On the 24th March, fellow business owner Andrew Beckton of Grange Moor Coachworks, Cllr Tim Bamford, and Huddersfield Express Couriers will be setting off on the 2,700 mile round trip to the Polish/Ukrainian border to drop much needed supplies off to those people greatly affected by the current war. They’ll be stocking up two vans with desperately required items (listed below). If you would like to help, we’d be really grateful for any donations listed below. Please email clare@footprint-recycling.com, and we can arrange to drop items off at our Honley offices by the morning of 20th March.
A Go Fund page has also been created should people wish to contribute this way. Funds will be used for fuel, excess funds will be used to source additional supplies while out there and dropped off at the border with an official partner organisation https://gofund.me/66a5d4a5
